Headed to Oregon

I know I have not posted in forever...again. I just can't seem to find the time. At least this time I have an excuse. We are vacationing. We have been in Northern Idaho with Kevin's family for the last little while and tomorrow we are headed to Gresham to hang out with my family. I will be there for about two and a half weeks while Kevin goes home and goes to scout camp. I am pretty sad that I forgot our camera cord to load pictures to the computer, so there will be no pictures for awhile. But hang with me, I promise I am not gone forever!

Jay's Birthday ( A little early)

We celebrated Jay's birthday a few days early this year. His real birthday is not until Monday, but we are going to be on vacation. So we decided to celebrate a few days early and give him some time to play with his new stuff before we leave. All he wanted for his birthday was a spongebob cake, a Mack truck (from CARS), and some monster trucks. Pretty easy kid to please. Grandma Ruth took care of the Mack truck so we took care of everything else. We also got him a new bike, which he loves, and a new spiderman robe. We kept it low key and just had our little family to celebrate. Sometimes that is more fun anyway. We love our Jay-man and can't believe he is three already. He says the funniest things all the time and is getting to be so independent. What a great little man!!

Kindergarten Graduation

Tyler is done with Kindergarten!! I can't believe that my baby is all grown up now and is going to be in school ALL DAY next year. Really!? Do I have a first grader?!! CRAZY!!! His kindergarten graduation was on the last day of school and he was so excited. I was such a proud mom. I mean, who wouldn't be? My kid knows all sorts of stuff now. He is actually a very good reader and loves to try and sound out any words he sees that he may not know. I can't wait to see what next year will bring for my little guy.

Cameron is 5 months!

I can't believe how fast time goes by! Cam was 5 months on the 18th. Here are a couple of recent pictures of him. There is a ton that I have not blogged about lately, so I will post again soon....promise.

Pinewood Derby

We had a pinewood derby car race and breakfast at church on Saturday. The boys thought it was a blast and thought our car was pretty cool. I am just happy that it got made, even if it did get finished only minutes before we walked out the door. Our little car took 6th place so the boys were pretty happy. (although Kevin is already figuring out how to make a faster one for next year.)
