Utah Weekend

We got some tickets to the Jazz game from Kev's school, so we all headed down to utah for a long weekend. Thanks to Todd and sarah for watching the boys while we got a night out. The Jazz were playing the Knicks, so Igot to watch a fellow SBHS alumni play. It was pretty neat to watch Freddy Jones play pro.after watching him for so many years in High School.

That's him at the free-throw line. Not that you can really tell, my camera wouldn't zoom that far.

The next day we headed to Salt Lake and went to Temple Square. President Hinckley's viewing was also going on, so we had the chance to go to that. What a great experience! It was nice that the boys could experience that, not that they will remember. There was such a wonderful spirit in the Conference center. We were all so lucky to have such a wonderful prophet of God lead us during our life. I am sure the next Prophet will be great as well, but there will always be a special place in my heart for President Hinckley.

Tyler and Jay by the Salt Lake Temple. I wish Ty would smile like a normal human being.

After that, it was off to visit my sisters in Orem. We pretty much just hung out and went shopping. The girls went shopping that is, Kevin went fishing. Big surprise, eh? Thanks everybody for a great weekend!

A photographer told me once that when they turn 4 or 5 you might as well kiss a normal smile goodbye for several years.

I can't believe you were in SL and didn't even call. Just messing. But for real... If you're ever down town, give us a call. We live just a block from the conference center and would love to meet up with ya. Glad you had fun at the Jazz game, pretty cool you gotta see Freddy play. Take care, Heather
