Tyler's Christmas Concert

Tyler had his first big school concert last night. He was so excited and luckily it was only 45 min. long. ( It was for the kindergarten-4th grade) His class went on the stage first, and on his way up the stairs he trips and loses his shoe. So we have to wait while the teacher puts his shoe back on him. I immediately turn to Kevin and say, "Really? WE have the kid that falls during the concert? Really?!" Oh, well. Apparently the girl behind him stepped on his shoe on the way up the stairs. Whatever. He did a great job and now maybe he will stop singing the songs as he runs around the house. So excited for his big night!

Jay enjoying the magical sounds of winter. (as magical as they can be when sung by 5-8 year olds.)

Here he is in his santa hat singing "Too fat for the chimney". He is the one in the middle with white shirt and green tie.

And singing the reindeer song. again, he's the one in the middle.
I do have to say that the kindergarteners where the cutest. After they were done with their songs we were graced by 1st graders with recorders, and then 2-4th graders with guitars and violins. I will say that for kids that young they were actually pretty good. Well, Happy Holidays to all! Hopefully I will get to post about a new baby sometime soon-only 1 week to go!

I laughed out loud at your reaction to the shoe. So funny. He looked adorable. Don't you just LOVE being a mom on days like that? I hope you are feeling well....good luck with the delivery. I'm thinking about you.
